岗位职责:
1. 办公室日常行政管理工作,如前台、固定资产管理、员工差旅支持等
2. 人力资源支持,如员工入离职协助,员工福利相关等;
4. 订单管理支持,如销售订单系统管理等;
 
任职要求:
1. 一年左右行政支持工作经验,优秀应届生也可;
2. 善于沟通,有亲和力,积极主动,学习能力强;
3. 英语良好。
 
Job Responsibility:
1.Maintain daily operations
a)Receptionist of office and telephone transfer
b)Manage the lunch, drinking water and shuttle bus
c) Receive, distribute, record and delivery express
 
d)Lead the cleaners for the clean-keeping.
e)Purchase the daily demand
f)Arrange the repair of the office equipment or facility
g)Host the local and oversee visitors.
 
2.HR&IT Support
a)Reception of the interviewers
b)New Staff/Leaving Staff arrangement & follow
c)Keep attendance Record
d)update the telephone list on intranet
e)receive the certificate for sick leave of WFOE staff and  deliver to HR
f) Support company  activities (Annual meeting, outing, happy time, new year party, etc)
g)Arrange on-line training
h)Other HR&IT related Support
 
3.Support  Order management
a)Process sales order in ERP system and invoice to internal/external customers.
b)Provide order confirmation to customers and sales team timely to meet customer satisfaction.
c)Prepare commission documents and update commission report.
 
Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. 1 year experience in office clerk or Admin will be a plus
3. Skill in Microsoft office, database, and web management;
4.  Able to deal with complex situation, and keep good cross functional communication
5. Positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated
